Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services provided by Finish Line Works (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”). Our services include but are not limited to website design and development, branding, logo design, digital marketing, content creation, video production, social media design, AI-powered creative solutions, and related consultancy services offered online or offline.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


1. Service Engagement

1.1 Client Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the successful execution of your project.
1.2 Professional Conduct: We maintain a high standard of professionalism and expect the same from clients throughout the project engagement.
1.3 Confidentiality: All client information, materials, and discussions are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without consent, except where required by law.


2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership: Full ownership and usage rights of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client once full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
2.2 Preliminary Work: All drafts, concepts, or working files created during the design or development process remain the property of Finish Line Works until full payment is completed.
2.3 Portfolio Rights: Finish Line Works reserves the right to display completed projects as part of its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Project Scope and Revisions

3.1 Scope Definition: A detailed project brief, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a project proposal or invoice before commencement.
3.2 Revisions: Each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will attract extra fees.
3.3 Scope Changes: Any alteration or expansion of the original scope may require a revised quotation and extended delivery timeline.


4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Payment Terms: Project payments must follow the agreed structure stated in the proposal or invoice. Work will begin after receipt of the initial payment.
4.2 Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery of the project unless stated otherwise. Final deliverables will be released after full payment.
4.3 Delays and Suspension: Failure to make timely payments may delay project delivery or result in service suspension until outstanding balances are cleared.


5. Quality and Liability

5.1 Service Commitment: We are committed to delivering professional, high-quality results aligned with the project brief and industry standards.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: Finish Line Works shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, data damage, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.
5.3 Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all deliverables before launch or publication.


6. Termination

6.1 Client Termination: The client may terminate the project by providing written notice. In such cases, payment will be required for all work completed up to the termination date.
6.2 Company Termination: Finish Line Works reserves the right to terminate an agreement if the client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in unethical conduct.


7. General Provisions

7.1 Independent Contractor: Finish Line Works operates as an independent service provider and not as an employee or agent of the client.
7.2 Third-Party Tools: We may use third-party platforms, software, or AI tools as part of project execution. Clients acknowledge and accept their standard usage terms.
7.3 Amendments: Finish Line Works reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
